Exclusive Services

I offer all the services as a traditional personal trainer, additionally I incorporate health coaching to best transform your lifestyle. True change will only happen when you also work on other aspects of your health such as proper nutrition, stress management, ensuring adequate sleep, rest and recovery practices, mobility and strengthening, and much more. 

All sessions are 45 min to 60 min.

Personal Training 1-1 (Most Popular)

$50-$75 per session

A healthy lifestyle starts with a fit body. As your fitness trainer I will identify your fitness goals, design a program that fits your needs and lead you through every workout. Virtual Personal Training 1-1 (Via Zoom) 

$50-$55 per session

Participating in our virtual personal training from anywhere around the world is easier than ever before. Make sure to spread the word to friends near and far. Simply go online at the date and time of the event and follow the steps. Try all the links on our site beforehand to avoid technical difficulties, and get in touch if you have any issues. All programs are designed for your level of fitness, equipment, space, and time.

Mobile Personal Training

$75+ varies per location (DFW only)

You have all the services from 1-1 personal training but at the comfort of your home. Training can be done at home spaces such as living room, apartment gyms, home garage, etc. This is especially beneficial for clients with busy lifestyles that need less time commuting, or simply enjoy the privacy of exercising at their location of preference.

Self Monitored Training via App

$100 per month

This is a service provided to clients who have experience exercising and really just want a coach to guide them through specific goals such as growing muscle mass, accountability, and change of routine. All programs are build specifically for the client via an app that will hold all exercise plans and shows clients videos of exercises. The app works great for keeping all fitness tracking in one such as macro counting , progression tracking, body measurements, steps, etc. The app works best when combined with the daily use of an Apple Watch or Fitbit.

Let's Work Together

Some clients chose to customize their training. If you travel frequently all programs can be customized for hybrid training both via Zoom and in person. Please ask if a service is wanted but not listed.
