About Me
From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. After exploring various careers, I finally found my calling when I became a certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach in 2013, and I haven’t looked back since.

I had played sports all through childhood. I loved being part of a team, training to be the best, and having structure to my routine. When I was a junior in high school, I was introduced to powerlifting. I went on and competed in state where I placed 2nd. I immediately was attracted to learning more about working out, getting stronger, and building muscle.
When I graduated high school, I couldn't stop exercising. I had really learned to stay active and found myself playing intramural sports, and lifting weights at the gym. I knew that I had a passion for fitness and wanted to stay in touch to keep learning more. While in college, I studied Kinesiology and went on to be a personal trainer at a gym taking on clients from all backgrounds.
I quickly learned I really enjoyed working with women as I could relate to so many of their struggles from yo yo dieting, to building my legs and glutes, to becoming their coach in self esteem, confidence and building motivation.
Fast forward to today and my love for this field keeps growing. I practice yoga, running, meditation and all things related to health. I aspire to be a registered dietician in a future. During my leisure time, I I like being outdoors with whether its hiking, fishing, cycling, and spending time with my nieces and family.
